And what a good job mum made of the stickering on them Karts NOW HURRY UP AND GET BACK FROM FROGLAND AND BUILD AN ESCORT FOR POD SO WE CAN RACE EACHOTHER!!! nuff sed really
Jeff HPE Motorsport Posted May 14, 2007 Author Report Posted May 14, 2007 Thanks for all your comments & when i sort out some more pics i will post em. The black mk2 Zeph was actually a mk1 & it was one of several that we had in the family 25/30 years ago, the days when we used to tear up the streets in the 80s with our thunderous growling V8s.!!! We had mk2 consuls & Zephyrs, Zodiacs, Granadas,100e`s, Cortina`s, anglias, pops, yanks of course Ford yanks, mainly Mussy`s & basically you name a Ford within reason we had it. The tracks i raced at were Layhams & some other tracks which my memory fails me.!! I knew / know a Nick artlett but i don`t know a meldrew.!!! I am also into Bikes of course Harleys & types as you will see when you meet me.!!! So we are truly an Old Skool Ford Family, Basically we love em, allways will. Sorry to be a big head ( sorry Dan) but we were, are & still are the Ford Family from South London oh & South of France but not for much longer i hope. Yours Fordingly Jeff Harris.
martymk1 Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 luv that van, as others have said get more pics up
v6pop Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Good looking Zephur you had there.......a bit biased as I have a soft spot for them My 302 powered consul in the 1980's. Long time since Ive seen Charlie Taylors oild car, I think last time I saw it Maurice Takour had it, Jeff long time since Ive seen the Hulk, Last time I saw it I think was when I was with Meldrew Arlett in his Blue Mk1 Ian Ian,I think Maurice bought it off the guy I sold it to,it now lives in Jersey Ive been told.
Nettles Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Great pics mate that's a bloody nice Zephur. Gotta post up some more pics of that sick look'in van mate.

Jeff HPE Motorsport Posted May 15, 2007 Author Report Posted May 15, 2007 Thanks Jadey. I spoke to the guy who owns the van & he said he will sort out some more pictures for you all to drool over.!!! For those of you that are old enough to remember the guy in question is a bloke called Terry Baker who had another van back in the eighties called silver temptation. He said 15 years ago he would finish the van next year, so hopefully we wont have to wait that long for the pics. LOL
