Admin Vista Posted May 20, 2007 Admin Report Posted May 20, 2007 Thank you to all the team at the Duchy capri club for a well run show and a good day out. It's always a pleasure to go along to local shows and not have the standard 5 hour trek each way. And now a few photos, but first a message from an Old Skool Prize winner Me and DeltaMal flying the Old Skool Flag A little Plug for JRE Motorsport, some very sweet cars they build Lovely Mk2 1600GT 2 Door for sale, Cheap too IMHO A very sweet mk2 Cortina 2.9 Cosworth install DeltaMal, but not as we knew him , think he's after a new sig pic if anyone can oblige? Some nice Angry Boxes Some Old Skool American Muscle Old skool Vauxhall, not a Ford but rare and very sweet none the less A bit of kick under the bonnet too, and all this for around £3500, that doesn't buy a lot of Old Skool Ford these days does it? This guy has a few project cars and can be reached on 07767 792 434 or 01209 820990 Oh yes, did I mention??
antz Posted May 20, 2007 Report Posted May 20, 2007 well done on your prize!!! come gorgeous cars there!
Arched Escy Posted May 20, 2007 Report Posted May 20, 2007 what the fook has happened to that red mk2 mex Your right,7.5" is too wide on standard arches. Cool pics! But please tell me that grey thing is neither a Capri or an Aston Martin!!
Admin Vista Posted May 20, 2007 Author Admin Report Posted May 20, 2007 Your right,7.5" is too wide on standard arches. I'm guessing Tims referring to the ride height and I don't know is the answer, the RS2 behind it also has X pack alloys does it not(though they may be 7J not 7.5J) ? They look alright on that. Cool pics! But please tell me that grey thing is neither a Capri or an Aston Martin!! I can't pass comment on another mans car, one mans meat is another mans poison works both ways and all that. Look at the front screen and roof, that'll tell you what it once was. There was quite a few of those Aston kits around in the 80's.

sab6024 Posted May 21, 2007 Report Posted May 21, 2007 Some cracking pics there Scott I did ask about the Mexico ride height and I got an answer, trouble is I got lost at the word 'springs' I'm not saying I'm dumb as a box of rocks but when they start talking and using proper names for things I have no clue I'll have to subtly ask his wife next time I text her By the way Scott.......WELL DONE on you trophy!
