RFChris Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 It's been decided that we're going to look into buying an OSF for Laura when we have got married (September). I think a 100e would be a good way to go. Thing is i have only really driven capris and cortinas, as such i want to ask you lot, as drivers, what would be the best option. Discuss!
Burns Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 pops are cool, although i'm biased towards fezzas
Jelly Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 Girls love "Harry Potter Cars" in my experience. 105e for her methinks!

Admin Vista Posted June 20, 2007 Admin Report Posted June 20, 2007 What's she going to use it for Chris?
surfingturnip Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 What's she going to use it for Chris? driving I expect
fairlane500 Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 Go for the 100e mate. Ultra cool But go for a modified one,the sidevalve motor is good fun but really hard work in modern traffic. Sorry all you sidevalve fans
Mick100e Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 I'd go for a 100e if I was you, they're super cool (not that I'm biased or anything)
Jimbob-Squarepants © Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 Well, I have found that the girls like the 105e from where i'm from.... so get her one of those
RFChris Posted June 20, 2007 Author Report Posted June 20, 2007 What's she going to use it for Chris? When Lucie is a bit bit bigger the plan will be to have it as her main car, in the meantime it'l just be a toy.
RFChris Posted June 20, 2007 Author Report Posted June 20, 2007 so she'll probably want 4 doors then? Meh, its not a must.
Smudger105e Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 so she'll probably want 4 doors then? Noooo, if you have kids, you don't want doors in the back that they can open, and windows to play with etc, stick to two doors!! The 105e seems to be affordable in standard and modified trim (far more than an Escort for example) and I'm biased towards them anyway, but the 100e's are cute too. Leave the lady to chose Chris, coz if not, you will make the wrong decision!!
escortmad79 Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 Mk2 Escort Ghia if you can find one cheaply
