WHY? i asked myself the same thing when i noticed that someone had walked from one end of an entire local Road to the other popping the rear quarter windows on every single parked car similar thing happened when someone/s walked down a fairly local HIGH STREET and slashed about 50 tyres on parked cars on there way NO police, (not that there much use) in fact obviously NO one at all to give them a damn good kicking, or of course to politely ask them WHY?
