Northern Bloke Posted November 16, 2007 Report Posted November 16, 2007 Excellent stuff and enjoyed the write up in Classic Ford
NightmaresRacing Posted November 16, 2007 Author Report Posted November 16, 2007 wada you recon it would be worth? Well, I'm no expert, and bearing in mind I'm guessing from a buyers perspective, not a sellers, so I'm looking at it from a less involved viewpoint, I'd say at least £7000, but if it were on ebay, I think you could start it at £7000 and it would more than likely rise. Its an awesome motor mate, what a sound!! Are you taking it anywhere? Like any shows or anything? I'd love to see/hear it in the flesh. i'm hoping to get it to quite a few shows next season as well as a pretty full race season with the uk streetracers at Santa pod and Avon park . i would be very depressed if i could only get 7k for it if i sold it as there more than twice that in the running gear but i know what your saying it is very hard to put a price on it to high people wouldn't see it for what its worth as there is quite a bit more to it than meets the eye but i have no plans to sell it anyway its a car i have alway wanted to build and the base vehicle i built it from i have had for years

In the flesh I bet it is impressive as fook and would probaby tempt the right person into paying a five figure sum at least. I know I've said it twice, but I'm going to say it again, its an awesome motor. Its my favorite on here by a long way. Well done on building it mate. I wish I had the time, space and money to build such creations. I'm going to look out for this one at some shows and stuff next year.
NightmaresRacing Posted November 16, 2007 Author Report Posted November 16, 2007 cheer's if you see me at a show pop over and say hi its going back in the workshop this weekend for some more bits and pieces mainly bedding in stuff and then it will be getting its manual box
ezydriver Posted November 17, 2007 Report Posted November 17, 2007 then it will be getting its manual box I was going to say that the thing spoiling it was the auto. I'm a staunch opposer of anything auto. I drive artics for a living and many of them are now auto, but I prefer manuals. I don't know, they're just more raw in my opinion. That'll make it a super raw machine. Good luck with it.
alwayssideways Posted November 17, 2007 Report Posted November 17, 2007 How cool! That is one awesome machine!!
Rick Posted November 19, 2007 Report Posted November 19, 2007 id use it as my mobile paintshop best van iv seen (actually thats the second time iv said that the last week)
NightmaresRacing Posted December 3, 2007 Author Report Posted December 3, 2007 again cheer's for the compliments guys well its back in the workshop now the C4 is out just waiting for the tremec TKO 5speed box to turn up now so i've been doing a few of the little odd jobs that ya mean to do but never get round to new led dash lights and side lights fitted and I've got the inlet off as i had an annoying oil leak plus i wanted to do some more work on the nitrous side so that will be going back on at the weekend with all the new mods done and hopefully no more oil leak
deluxemk1 Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 That is one nice piece of equipment. We likey!

JAY PS Posted February 13, 2011 Report Posted February 13, 2011 He used the parts to rebuild the estate and i think gave the shell away ,there wasnt much left ,hes two doored the estate ,theres info on the retro rides site if youve got 4 hours to kill
NightmaresRacing Posted April 5, 2011 Author Report Posted April 5, 2011 hi guys yes sadly the old shell had some issues and i was never overly happy with the weight of it so the new one is lighter and has a fair bit more power to boot along with a whole host of new trick parts . the new shell is slightly less in ya face with the body mods but as a complete package i think it actually works better . here's how it looks now this is the base car it was built from :
Andrade Posted April 6, 2011 Report Posted April 6, 2011 Some challenger influences in the design! i like the conservative approach too, more close to my style
