johnny_h Posted June 26, 2008 Report Posted June 26, 2008 Thanks to everyone who gave me tips and advice! Before I rebuilt my engine Retro Ford magazine did a feature testing different fuels in my car to see what gave the best performance and the most they could squeeze out of it was 90.3 BHP Since then I have gone and ported the head and today I had her on the rollers finally! 109BHP with 109LBS torque! I know that may seem like peanuts to most of you with massive powered pinto's and x-flows but it means a lot to me. I am a bit chuffed. Thanks Toby, V6 Col and Vulcan Steve.

johnny_h Posted June 26, 2008 Author Report Posted June 26, 2008 Don't ask for measurements, it was all done by eye and feely fingers lol. Inlet: Exhaust: Bit hard to tell from the pics but the exhausts have been polished and the inlet left slightly rougher to help the fuel/air mix.
