Alan Cox Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 what did you think of the Autoglym winner ? plastic fantastic or king of concours ? Definately the latter as I have judged the car in the past, and he beat my skater fez to go head to head against the austin. And above all, its got a blue oval on it

Retromotorsport Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 Good car but my fave is still Dave Brodies "Run Baby Run "
105Nick Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 its even got steering wheel on RIGHT side Errrm, no mate that's the left.... Looks superb, what a legend. They could have made an entire museum from works MK1's like that, by not selling them off after retirement, just imagine... the Alan Mann twinks, the Broadspeed cars - maroon & silver & the white castrol ones, Clarkies Circuit of Ireland Car, Ove Anderson's Acropolis twink, LVX 941 & LVX 942J, Timo's Calibri 74 car.... and that's just the first ones that spring to mind! Mk 1s definately Fords greatest legend IMO.
