Snow + Escort + Car Park + RC Plane!

It's good when you can combine your hobbies. I went for a spin in my escort (thats why I keep it taxed all through the year) and then did some flying (my other hobby).

 

But foook me it was cold out there... Funny how a white car in the snow is almost invisble from up high

Yeh it doesnt land well in the snow, I'd have been better off taking the landing gear off. You fly too? You'll have to give me a shout if/when you go next.

i mounted one on the front of my FG touring car (largescale 26cc) and raced around the streets...we were following behind it in a freinds CRX and i was driving the RC car from the passenger seat in the crx and the RC car was averaging around 50 mph, problem was at them speeds the camera just blured the image

They are much better with good lighting, the snow video earlier was quite a dull day, whereas this video is mid-afternoon(ish)

Cool vid Loved the landing... "Touching down"-THUD!! Had a r/c car took half a year to build it, half an hour to start it and then 30 seconds for it to go out of range and slam straight in to a concrete gate post.. REST IN PIECES
