Essex and back a few times (450 mile round trip)

Ireland on the CF Tour.

Not this year, but been to Germany for the weekend (1200 miles), Amsterdam, France, Scotland etc.

I don't consider it any different than any car. I will go anywhere in it. If they break I can fix it. I don't expect them to break though.

I did a 260 mile return trip in a rusty old mk2 1600 sport, when I was about 18. That was a lonnnng trip.

All that happened was it dupped and entire tank of petrol on the highway and the throttle cable snapped which we fixed with cable ties.

Was good honest fun.

Err about 100 miles! Drove about up to Bristol for a Halloween party & spent an hour or two driving around the centre with a vampire & a pirate in the car ... exhaust was scraping on every bump & spitting flames!

I'm not too keen on long journeys! First trip out to Haynes Motor museum for a hotrod show... I stripped the teeth of the flywheel & got carbon monoxide poisoning

From the South West to the North East in an afternoon (and evening). 330 miles with bucket seats, no carpets, roll cage and a rapidly diminishing will to live. Oh, and I realised after an hour that I'd forgotten my ear plugs and cushion. NOT a mistake I've made again since!
