SmokeEm Posted January 25, 2010 Report Posted January 25, 2010 Take the juice of 2 limes, 2 red birdseye chillis, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of thai fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce with a few sprigs of fresh coriander and bash the hell out of it in ya pestle n mortar. Then take 2 fillet steaks, slice VERY thinly & add to marinade & bung in the fridge for 3 hrs. Fry in a little olive oil for 2-3 minutes & serve on a bed of rice noodles & some prawn crackers. Tiger cry steak served on a bed of white rice noodles - DONE
