BaileyMex Posted January 27, 2010 Report Posted January 27, 2010 Think my home lap top is finally giving up the ghost Got a red line going from top to bottom of the screen, I can live with that for now, But now the Wi-Fi seems to have packed up Its a Compaq Presario M2000, about 5 years of daily use What life span would you give a lap top? If I do need to get a new one, what Lap Top would people recommend?

Tom Posted January 27, 2010 Report Posted January 27, 2010 Whatever you do please make sure that no-one accidently spills any fluids on to it as this can result in it dying and you having to fork out for a new computer. Unless its covered on the house insurance of course
