Chancing it the geezer says you selling ....... Shop owner says yep . How much asks the geezer ........ £500 and you can come look if you like . £500 I shit you not ! Sammyboy and me were Gutted !

I would have said easily £1500 worth of shell alone...Lots of good parts,Bilsteins all round etc, needs a few bits doing, but WTF.................Had sat in this blokes garage for 3 years, maybe he hasnt got a pc, and hasnt had a look on fleabay recently. Hes going to run it for the summer, then take of road and fully restore it in the winter..... Think i need a lie down now, really fooked off to be honest. As Doc said to me, right place at the right time...I mean the buyer has got mk2 spares coming out his ears, another mk2 was the last thing he needed....
