Seems they are trying to hide something by removing comments that points the finger at them

Indeed yes! Two more comments removed by them this afternoon. Comments that stated the facts, i.e. This was not an OSF sanctioned meet and authority to advertise it as such was taken away from them over three years ago. Any consequences of failing to manage a meet that they coordinated are entirely theirs.

Shall we set up an ACE CAFE OLD SKOOL FORD MEET page on Retards Club and explain that this meet has nothing to do with OSF?

I've no idea how to, I'm not even a member of Retards Club and have been clicking things randomly on my wifes profile. But I'd say it's a step in the right direction. The question is, who will actually see it?

I hate that term with a vengance, why use the term bruv short for brother which basically I see you as a relative when at the drop of a hat you will stab me.

The last passenger I had in my car that said that I asked them if my dad had slept with their mum, but not in those exact words, and a fight nearly broke out :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I'd like to second an earlier point. Yes, whilst we used to attend Palace, Chelsea, Heston and Laskeside late 80s early 90s, there were some cocks of the first order, the cars were crude and woefully underpowered. As a result, the occasional stack was minor, rarely causing damage or fatality. Your old mans hand-me-down mk5 cortina was never going to set the world alight, but to get one of the rear spinning up was a monumental achievement and seemed to somehow keep the crowd amused.

However, these kids now have access to 3-500 brake turbos, cossies, japs etc. Combine that combined with only a few months experience behind the wheel, no track time, or instruction and you have a recepie for what in effect is a heat seeking missile targeting crowds and parked cars. My son has been eyeing up cossies and the like for some time, I understand why, Its big power for half the money of a price of a proper 'built' osf. Thankfully his latest quote equalled the value of the car and his recent trip to CF reignited his passion for all thIngs old skool.

I, along with friends did some silly things back in the day and there was a massive group of us all driving modded motors, we would never have dreamed of donuts around crowds or throwing anything at the Police.

My boy badgered me into a trip to osf at the Ace a few months back, I'd never seen so many people up there. Some of the antics were unbelievable, whilst we all love a quick 90 degree slide when leaving, a 720 donut 2 ft away from spectators and kids was ridiculous, even my son suggested we leave, it was that bad.

Darren, whilst u and the admin graft like buggery to promote the scene, that's one meet u really want to get the name off the list!!!!!!

Although I'm a member of FB I am not by any means a regular user. I can't see reply box under the pics on the Ace account. What am I missing? Oh and I am logged in!

I struggled with that too. You have to click "like" up the top of the page somewhere before you'll get the option to comment.

Don't expect any comments that state it was their own event to stay up for long though!
