Admin Vista Posted October 12, 2011 Admin Report Posted October 12, 2011 Don't eat yellow snow! C'mon, you didn't expect serious answers did you Jo? You did? Ok, though this is advice I gave rather than received. It was for a young mechanic who thought he'd be more important or noticed more if he transferred to a smaller ship with a smaller crew. In the end he stayed with me and I was glad of it as he was pretty good at his job: It is not better to be a big cog in a small gearbox than a small cog in a large gearbox as ultimately neither gearbox will work with either size cog missing.

Advice I ignored, both from my dear old mum and my grandad, don't marry her, find someone better puddy
