Thanks for all the messages guys, very much appreciated. I can tell you that you find out who your friends are and are NOT in situations like this. Be it messages on here or texts/calls on the mobile. To those that know - thank you!

To fill you in on what happened, i was travelling home from work minding my own business, taking the same back lane that I do every morning and evening. Came round a corner with main beams on, there was a car coming towards me with main beams on. We both flicked down to dipped, then all of a sudden there are a load of branches in front of me, i have no choice but to hit them as i was travelling at about 35mph. The next thing i know theres crashing and banging and all sorts of crazy shit happening. It wasn't until i got out of the car that i realised what had happened. I'd recieved a whack in the chest by something, but i wasn't sure what. But basically the tree has fallen down, gone through my front screen, out of my back screen, the momentum of the car has carried me around 180degrees on the road and what would have been the top of the tree came to rest on the car coming the other way up the road, with me attatched to it. I shouldn't be here, i don't understand how i managed to get away with my life. The gravity of the situation didn't hit home until the Ambulance driver said that he couldn't believe that i was still alive. I basically have a few cuts on my head, and i have cracked my sternum (breast bone) which is fookin agony. They kept me in hospital for a couple of days under observation, but let me out to rest in the comfort of my own bed. All i can do is rest up and wait for it to heal. Some how i managed to snap the steering wheel clean off, i'm not entirely sure how that happened i think it may have been at the same time i snapped my sternum.

So, this has taught me a few things about what is important in life and what isnt. It has taught me which friends i can rely on and which ones are just out to take me for all they can get. It has taught me that life can be taken away in an instant, it is fragile.

I will put pictures up one day, but for the moment I'm coming to terms with what has happened so please forgive me if i dont.

Speak to you all soon

Thanks
