stuartp Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 i need to get the bits of rust that are bubbling through sorted and i noticed a worrying amount of crustiness where the passenger door attaches the other day other than that - get the carpet in properly (make it watertight first), fit the new centre console, maybe think about headlining, exhaust wrap on, make the interior light come on when the door opens, might swap over the 6" rs 4 spokes to replace the 5.5 ones but not sure if that is worth the effort for half an inch nothing dramatic but 'finishing touches' that have taken me a couple of years to get round to

Because I get bored it's been off the road quite a lot this year but now after Col and Joe Ashton have sorted the problems out, I'm going to enjoy the car over the sunny winter weekends

Apart from a big thanks to Darren for going for a little drive Never thought it would be that hard to pick a colour for a car, I've been to so many show and said "yeah if I'd have painted my car I'd do it that colour" but it's so different when it gets to that time.... Fingers crossed!! I know it in good hands.

Mine's a daily anyway, gotta love winter weather & rear wheel drive old skool Fords
