It would be worth passing your story onto the Daily Mail and Daily Express this is just the sort of story they'd print, and if they did it would put pressure on the police to find and recover a vehicle should this situation ever happen again. 1

stuartp Posted June 4, 2014 Author Report Posted June 4, 2014 they did drain the fuel tank (I'd filled up the day before) and the guy who stood with the car waiting for the police to arrive said he could smell petrol so they may well have been preparing to torch it

I'm just pleased fir you it's back as really just assumed it would be abused and then torched which thankfully it wasn't. I've not got a huge stockpile of parts but do have a few bits so post up any bits you need and happy to send any down if I have them and can help. 1
