They're worth what people are prepared to pay for them. For instance, I wouldn't pay tuppence to have a Van Gogh hanging on my wall.......but others pay millions for them.

And yes, I can see a really mint mk2 RS fetching around that sort of figure in today's market

Ha reminds me of when in my old truck ( Ford model A pick up with V8) I had a guy pull up next to me in his "Honda-fastest car in the world-civic type R" looking up an down with a face of what the F is that, shouted out to me does ur grandad no u got his car, then revved his car at me, I had remote solenoids on both exhausts before the silencers so opened them up an revved the F out of mine his jaw dropped then I nailed it off the line, left him for dust, I stopped at the next lights he finally caught up and shouted how much for ur truck ...I grinned and said it's my grandads and more than u can ever afford, with that nailed it off the lights again grinning like the cheshire cat haha!!

I just watched a movie called "John Wick". All the trouble starts when someone asks at the servo how much for his old skool Ford and says it isnt for sale. Hundreds die. Made me think of the thread without the mass murder.

Random!

Btw, you are now my Greg Wallace. [emoji3]

I'll give them a go. Love a pickled onion.

Ah, now see, Gregg Wallace is a bit of a ladies man.. Bearing in mind, I'm fat, bald, wear glasses and love my food, somehow, if we were separated at birth, he got the better deal!
