There a design flaw in that one, the wood won't fit in with the door shut !! Some people have no idea

Ah yes, that's what's wrong with it. I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Lol

It's attention to the finer details that makes or breaks a design, my eye drawn immediately to the squareness and grain on the wood. The rest is crap, call me critical if you wish but that's me I'm afraid.

What the fook? I thought wheels/tyres had to be covered for mot/sva or whatever or they used to be as I've seen quite a few rat rods with exposed wheels over the past few years has the law changed?

You mean the Renault? I think Col's right and they're just sat in place without actually being attached to the car.

Fair enough lol-but on the legality of exposed wheels/tyres has the law changed as I remember years ago if even a small section of tyre was beyond the body it was illegal?

Not as far as I am aware there's no change, pity the land rover fraternity don't read and abide by these regs.

So if its still illegal how do all the rat rods (and land rovers now you mention it) with no wheel coverings at all get thru mots etc.? suppose the rozzers are too busy drinking coffee sat in their cars watching their speed guns...

Problably no truer word spoken in jest there mate, to pull a car up for wheels sticking out might get to complicated to write up like construction and use laws as against here's a pre written ticket you now owe £90 mate
