VivaLaRic Posted November 2, 2016 Report Posted November 2, 2016 I'm 26 so vinyl is out the question but I bought Will Smith - Men In Black on cassette, along with an AQUA album. I think we can all agree the early 90s were a high point for music................. 1

VivaLaRic Posted November 2, 2016 Report Posted November 2, 2016 If the early 90s was the high point in music to you then you must be a dwarf or was you talking volume wise ?? more along the lines of top quality hits that will go down in history as the greatest songs ever written..... or something like that
colr6 Posted November 2, 2016 Report Posted November 2, 2016 Being an old git I rightly or wrongly generalise 80s and 90s music as something in the background but like a compressor or an angle grinder repetitive non understandable crap. Agreed there may be a few exceptions but not many, don't ask me to name any because just never managed to catch the title !!

First time I've heard it in decades. One of my favourite early 80's albums was Kings of the Wild Frontier, a little before they went totally New Romantic. 1

Admin Vista Posted November 13, 2016 Author Admin Report Posted November 13, 2016 It was i will stop the cavalry, enough said about that. Love that song! Though it was never written as a Christmas song, in fact if you read the lyrics it's not specifically about the Great War either
