Click on the photo and an enlarged version of that photo will pop up. At the right hand bottom of that pop up window there is the "save" icon. Click on that. A new tab will open up in you browser with that photo on its own. Then you do the right click thing and when that menu pops up click "save image as" the conventional windows way.
