colr6
There must be some very knowledgeable blokes out there who can spot all these changes as it expands further than just Fords with mods. Just think how many MGBs there are about with 5 speed conversions lever shocks converted the tele ones the list of cars with mods that defy the new rulings are endless. khanlad
Minis converted from hydro spastic sus, inch and half or quarter su's, changing drums to disc, each station will need the knowledge of ed china to keep up! Its gonna be fun, even then if you say it was changed before 88 how can they disprove it?

eeb43
you all need to read the rules they basically are if you have altered the monocoque then its biva which is a strict 8 hour £500 test and a mk1 escort front bumper will fail! please read up on what is happening as its all been in force for years its just now that its being strictly enforced changing all the running gear will mean biva so it all needs to look as standard as possible

eeb43
an original unaltered monocoque or an original unaltered chassis is a must and this gives you 5 points the rest are made up from original running gear steering suspension etc but without the first 5 it will sooner or later get its id removed they cant make you have an iva test but can stop you from using it on the road without approval as soon as the tunnel or bulkhead are altered as with most fords the 5 points are lost
