Supercharged Nat Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 for no apparent reason my 2 flatmates seem to have something against me. we were good friends but over the last couple of weeks things have gone down hill. (been good friends for the past 3 years, but only lived with them for a few months) they baiscally ignor me, il try and start a conversation with them and i get one word replys, like yeah or hmmm. things like going to the shops for food etc and not asking if i want to come along or need anything, where as before we'd all go get what we need at the same time, cos thats what mates do when they live together. theres silly things like leaving it up to me to take the rubbish out or to even tidy/ clean up. now i know we're students but i do have some sort of cleaniness about me! if i didnt do anything it simply wouldnt get done. when i ask is everything ok i get 'yeah'. I guess im not looking for replys as i cant see how anyone can help, but just needed to get it off my chest. thier just being total turds to me for no reason, ive spent hours trying to think of reasons why, like i did something wrong etc, but got nothing. its like some sort of conspiracy to make me feel like an outsider? think i need to go to the gym and work on a punch bag for a bit. King idiots.
Supercharged Nat Posted March 5, 2007 Author Report Posted March 5, 2007 ha, c*nts is changed to turds by the forum! lol.
nitrousnutter Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 ha yeah but we know what you mean, right i take it the other two are straight and both male, cus well you know this is modern times and woofys are everywhere lol but seriously, go down the shops get a crate of lager and crack it open, between all three of you drink the lot and by the morning you'll either know whats going on when the alcy takes control or be bestest mates again
MK5 Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 if it was me i'd move out. life is too short to be miserable, especially when someone else is making you that way, and especially when its at home
GT_Jim Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 i had this a few months ago with a guy in my flat at uni, 4 some reason he got all moody i spoke to him about it and things have been good since then. It can be difficult getting settled in with people as they have habits etc just try asking them if they have a problem otherwise it will just get worse either that put tea bags in the shower head when your done so the water comes out brown!
Posse Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 It sounds and bit like being married Have it out with them m8 then move out.
Stu_B Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 best to sort it out now than let it brew!! If they wanna continue being knobbers, just don't rise to it, be as chipper as you can and pretend nothings up - that'll really piss 'em off!
Trevmk3 Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 try and speek to them if they dont respond then just pretend there aint nothing happening and piss them off a bit while you look for a new place, then you can lumber them with more rent and no time to plan for it
nitrousnutter Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 lol nice one, yes tooth brush down the bogger that will be funny, then you can smile to urself when they are talking shit
orionmojo Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 definatly best to get it out in the open m8. if not some foul play might be in order
sambo Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 You must of done something dude?? Your gonna have to just ask why they are acting like knobs.
Wessie Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 just have a good piss up ! then everyones happy
Twinkle Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 you havent shagged their girlfriends have you?
Supercharged Nat Posted March 5, 2007 Author Report Posted March 5, 2007 thanks for the replys guys and gals, im honestly unaware of what it is ive done, i havent shagged their girlfriends! i tried asking if something was up but just got a 'no'. like you have said im just guna have to have it out with them, see what they say. im liking some of the ideas you guys have 'suggested', i dont hate them enough to try them out YET, the most anoying thing is we were all good mates then it went sour. i duno, il have to think out what im guna say. thanks though!
Burns Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 there's no point getting back at them (however fun plotting is) just chat it out with them, go to the pub or something and get talking. usually works with my housemates. they might not realise how they're being unless you want to put a turd inside their pillow case so that it squishes when they go to bed
