Out interest, what paint have you guys used? I've got mine to do, and haven't got round to buying the paint yet!

Has anyone any recommendations?

I’ll get the details today, is power floated or just tamped concrete?

Some times you have to put an etch primer down first

Power floated. Thanks.

That’s the same as what I’ve used on my floor, as a precautionary measure I’ve always used a sealer beforehand. Does seem to last longer and not flake up as much.

I used some stuff from screwfix straight onto concrete. Ive found in the past light coat first let it dry then another coat on top so it looks pretty.

I used 3 cans to do my garage and I’m so happy with the finish

All this talking about garage floor paint, thought it’s about time I did mine. One quick thinned coat over existing using polyurethane. You don’t realise how much shit you have till you have to move it to paint the floor !!

Love the wood burner and the row of racks.

That wood burners been the best thing I’ve bought, makes the garage a working temp without getting to hot. It’s makes the difference when you Hairy Orifice your thumb with a hammer as in f####king hell that hurts to oh dear !

Net curtains, how posh are you? 😁

They’re only up to hide the burglar bars, stops prying eyes 🤓 My way of thinking is if people see the bars they assume there’s something in there, let’s have a look! Can never be to complacent these days.

Or they think, Granny's got a big garage, lets break in and steal her mints and pinch Grandpa's mothballs.😁

I know what you mean though, my neighbour put a large window in the side of his garage using plain double glazed glass. My window is the same length, half as deep, with heavily patterned bathroom glass.
