I'd have to kill u I'm afraid. 😂 It's where the stereo would be if was ordered ( I assume was an extra) it's smack in the centre of the silver trim between the choke an the wiper knobs. The trim was all mangled when I bought the car so managed to find some more but had to use both bits to make 1 good, so this enabled me to use the old radio gap in the dash an put trim over the top on magnets ahh yeah i see it now, thats very good 😎

I ask in that in order to attach another type speaker it may be of benefit to try get one but if its integral to the speaker then of course that wouldnt work. Thanks

I will have to try make something from scratch with no metal working skills LOL 5 hours ago, meXEco said: It looks separate as there are bendy tabs i see underneath? I noticed those too but I think you will find they just hold the guts of the speaker to the while bowl and frame. I sort of need the frame to be separate from the bowl to work as a substitute. I will have to have a re-think!

I haven't gotten anywhere with it at the moment. The Lockdowns are having the opposite effect on me for some bizarre reason, Im trapped at home but rather than use the time to tinker on the car I just get depressed and cover the car up as Im not allowed to drive it anywhere. I have picked out the basic look and the buttons though and I was just hoping to find an old original dash speaker I can use as a template to fabricate a bracket that will hold their dash speaker into place.

I feel that, we had a snap 7 day lock down and other then work (Im a nurse) i had no motivation to even mow the lawns. 1
