Gonzo Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 Don't got any car parts but i did have most of my first bike in my room. still got the frame, loom and a pair of wheels in there, and a brand-new kx500 top end lurking about. the rest of it's in the shed.

jimbo Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 Currently in our bathroom, I'm drying out that carpet and soundproofing for my MKII Also dotted around the house are bits of trim that I don't wanna put back until the car is dry and the carpets can go back in. When I had my MkI fezzy, I went to visit a guy near Didcot to get a heater motor. His flat was filled, literally, with Mk1 XR2 bits. Including a gearbox on his coffee table!

A r/screen, servo, a big bag full of engine bits, 2 pairs of headlamps, dash top, carpets, mirrors, loom, a pair of wheels, a seat (comfy),under dash panel, number plates, a steering wheel, err...... I used to have a gear box in there too!!!! :lol:
prefectopop Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 one of the shower rooms in out house is just about accessible - in the shower cubicle itself theres a rear seat for a mk1 tina, leaning up against the shower are the door cards for my 100e, then theres a few boxes of mk1 consul spares piled up. The bedrooms not too bad just the odd air filter and what not by the telly lol

capri_boy Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Last week i had a clear out from my bedroom - this included full capri recaro interior BBS alloys from golf 20 litres of different coloured paint still in there some interior bits + my new steering wheel 4 x 15 inch subs + 2 1000w amps (so tempted to wire up and annoy the neighbours) and a cupboard full of small bits like, fuel pumps, cables, clips etc. 3 sets of polybushes for MK1/2 golfs. i cant wait to get my own place, so much storage space
60ftman Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 I built a Yamaha 750 in my bedroom. Taking the bits upstairs was no problem, but when it came to removing the finished bike I had to remove the stair bannisters. Wife was well impressed!

A set of Cosworth BDA forged pistons. BDA valves and double valve springs. A pair of twin 40 Webers Two K&N cone filters A great big reversing light 4 sets of Sebring Racing mirrors. Mk3 Cortina front suspension. GT6 front suspension. 3 spoke steering wheel on the wall. In the kitchen:- Brake reservoir off a Mk1 RS Another 2 pairs of Sebring Racing mirrors,I swear they're breeding. Anglia gerabox x-member. Nitrous oxide kit. Rev limiter Shift light More tools than you could shake a stick at.
Arched Escy Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Now theres also,oil and amps gauges out of a 1600E,a Lucas amps gauge,bike carbs and manifold and various badges and number plates! Use to have 2 OMP buckets and harnesses in the bathroom aswell.
