My car is noisey. My exhaust is loud and abit blowey, my quickshift makes the most ungodly racket, and I haven't got a stereo.

I do feel at times (usually when doing 70mph on a motorway with the window down) that my car could actually kill/send loopy a lesser person it's that noisey!

Whenever I take someone out I always tell them not to worry about the strange noises

Its the same here.

I have to explain old cars are like that, and its not dangerous, its called character. I love my cars little noises, and if they stop, i know somethings wrong.

One of my friends always says that being in my car he feels like hes in a spitfire or something, running from the germans.

It's when the stones flick off the tyres and hit the inner wings and rear arches that I think 'what's that...? oh just a stone'.

Having said that, I noticed yesterday that a nut had fallen off my throttle bodies...
