flyingbanana Posted May 5, 2007 Report Posted May 5, 2007 the only useful bit about it would be keeping your hands warm while pushing it
Jimbob-Squarepants © Posted May 5, 2007 Report Posted May 5, 2007 I had to pick up and drive the Super Estelle variant of an old Skoda once. I didn't know until I got to the customers house, and it isn't something that I want generally known. Horrid Horrid little car, topping out at 55 - 60Mph all the way from Bexleyheath to Brands Hatch. A Mini-Metro was faster... I just couldn't catch it
Arched Escy Posted May 5, 2007 Report Posted May 5, 2007 Very very wrong. The older Skodas make cool historic rally cars though.
Jimsiss Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 you know you generally don't have much luck in buying cars? well I'll help you with this one...DON'T EVEN TOUCH IT!!!!
emu Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 Get it!! Satin black it, with the bootlid/ engine covery thing cracked open beetle style The old estelles used to make good little rally cars way back when.
Slik 50 Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 No its perfectly fine mate. I have always wanted one of the rapids I ndo think they are kinda cool I used to work with a ladd who's dad owned a skoda garage and he once had a rapid in that had ( i think) a fiat twin cam engine, Wide arch's, porsche rims and slammed on its ass. it looked hard as nails
escortmad79 Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 My next door neighbours just come home in a Skoda Rapide!!!
spooner Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 pop in and see me mate.............................so i can give u a slap
mk2_escort_chick Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 We've had many skoda's in our time...one of which was a blue rapid. Ahh the memories, mainly those of being stuck at the side of the road. Answer to your question: No, it is not wrong at all.
