I could be wrong??? No it was 3 mk1 Mex's made. One went back to Ford and was remade as an RS2000, it still exists and is awaiting restoration by an AVO club committee member. This Mexistate is on the road and pops up at the odd show. The other I believe is around, but don't think it's on the road at the moment

LEONMEX Posted June 16, 2007 Report Posted June 16, 2007 The mk1 mex estate is owned by a bloke i know,its kept in a heated garage & last year done 11miles. He brings it for the mot each year on a trailer,it is mint. A bloke offered him 18k for it at the show but he wouldnt sell it.
