Rough cost please - in here!

what would you expect to pay someone who knew what they were doing, to take out and xflow and auto box, and put in an xflow and manual box in a mk2 escort please?

 

Also cost of parts if you have them too please

 

I'm only looking for guidelines!

clutch about £50 brandnew

flywheel £10-£20 ebay

clutch cable £10 new

prop£10 ebay

There's a member on here desperate for an auto escort as he's disabled and can't drive anything but autos. If you do remove the auto box and associated gear don't ditch it as it'll come in handy for him to convert a manual with if he can't get hold of an auto.

I let a 60k running x-flow, manual box, prop, rad, carb, starter etc (all you'd need for a running lump) for £50 so you should be able to find similar.
