Get star fish and place em round your garden cats hate the smell of em as thy rot, us humans hardly notice the pong dogs either.

I think you can use orange peel or something like that.

My preffered method is an air rifle though. Once youve shot one they never come back.

Get some rose bush cuttings and lay them around the area - you know, the sort of bits you cut off when you prune roses :thumbsup: It's prickly and they don't like to walk on it :thumbsup:

Ask Burns, he keeps posting pics of them in the adults room :wink:

Seriously though, I have the same issue and it drives me nuts! I'd love to get away with shooting the filthy animals!

Cats only crap in long grass so my suggestion is cut your fooking grass more often you lazy git!

Oh and if you prefer the other more violent method off stopping the cats then don’t be surprised if you end up with some very big very pissed of cat lover like me taking a 12 bore or air rifle and using it on you!

Knob heads! :evil::mad2:

Neither did I until my wife worked on be to get one. Now i'm a cat lover who regards my cat as a family member equal to any blood relation.

Go on get a cat you will fall for it in no time and it will keep others away and shit in someone elses garden.

If anyone came round complaining about my cat crapping I would happily go round and clear it up.

il just bag em up and throw em over the neighbours garden. maybe theyl keep it indoors more :lol:

Ever heard of Toxoplasmosis? I have and it was caused by exposure to cat faeces in the garden when I was a toddler. Now we didn't have a cat and I now have a permanent disorder because of someone else need to keep one.

So in short, keep the filthy animals out of your neighbours gardens and they won't come to any harm. And no they don't just shit in long grass, the ones round my way are happy to shit in my flowerbeds, on my decking/patio and in my grass and don't give a flying fook whether it's long or short.

Having tried every humane method, I'll shoot them if it pleases me. You're welcome to come round and row about why as I've been pissed off about it for far longer than you have and don't see why I should have to clean their shit off my shoes every summer when I walk through the garden in the dark.

Equally :evil::mad2::mad2::upyours:

I would have said from a legal point of view it is their property. Much better than the more extreme methods stated. If anyone hurt my cat I doubt I would be responsible for my actions and would hurt them in a similar fashion.

glad you feel like that, we have 3 cats...we wer ment to be gettin one and ended up with 3...no idea how :? but they are pretty good, only shit in out garden behind the shed, but i have seen them havin balls kicked and them and things trown at them by the people next door, even when they are just sittin on the fence, told my mum many times that if they ever managed to hit one of the cats i would go round and hit them

However much id say id shoot a cat i actually wouldnt.

I set the dog on them. She is completely harmless, if the cat stops, shell turn around and run back to me because shes a shitbag, but it gets rid of them for a while. The dog just stands at the window and start barking like mad if they try to come back so they dont bother.

Toxoplasmosis is a parasitic disease caused by the protozoan Toxoplasma gondii.[1] The parasite infects most warm-blooded animals, including humans, but the primary host is the felid (cat) family. Animals are infected by eating infected meat, by ingestion of faeces of a cat that has itself recently been infected, or by transmission from mother to fetus. Cats have been shown as a major reservoir of this infection. [2] While this is true, contact with infected undercooked meat seems to be a more important cause of human infection in many countries.

So remember boys and girls, don't eat cat shit ;)

It's really nasty, I have it in both eyes and it's generally assumed I picked it up as a toddler from cat shit on the lawn getting on my fingers and then rubbing my eyes before my hands had been washed. It's there for life and I have had sporadic attacks over the years (fortunately infrequent) that need treatment with strong steroids. The steroids will at best halt the spread, and at worst (if they fail to hault the spread) leave me with impaired vision.

Ok so I'm never actually going to shoot anyones beloved Tiddles, but perhaps that explains why I personally am very anti other peoples furry friends using my garden as a loo. If it were a dog the owner would be prosecuted, you can't even let your dog foul a public place let alone a private garden, it is arrogant to assume that cat owners should be treated any differently.

A good quality 12 bore with a couple of boxes of cartridges should do the trick.Might upset the cat owners a tad but hey thats life. :mrgreen:

Two words, Armed Response. Let off a 12 bore in a residential area and you will get a visit form some nice men with MUCH bigger guns than yours, who can legally use them too........

I don't have a cat, I have dogs, but at the end of the day if anybody did anything like that to my dogs, my reaction would not be pretty.
