Sorry to hear that Sarah. Dean had already PM'd me to say he had failed :(

Get those brakes apart, it sounds like you have some seized wheel cylinders which isn't the end of the world. Oh and the lights are no biggie. Let me know if you need a hand :D

Cheers Jim! Yeah you may well be called out to help out dude, so keep this weekend free

Its just a pain, because I wanted him ready for L2B and get used to driving him.

Now it's all up in the air, I'm not giving up though!

Not too bad, mechanical is so much better than rust

True!

Better to have failed than be impaled on a 100E steering column when it don't stop!

Re: lights on the front - check all the earth's, both my Pop and Prefect had a habit of getting damp in the connections meaning they didn't earth to the body properly. good clean up should sort it out.

Good luck with getting it all sorted! You know where I am if you need the parts list!

That's bad news m8. But I would have expected you to at least check the lights before taking it in  What are you like ;)

 i was thinking the same thing...i always pre check everything before a mot, so if i do find a problem i can mention it at the mot before the test....so then he knows i know about it and he normally lets it pass......when i did my last one i had put a new gaitor on...by the time i got to the test it had split  ....still passed tho :)

Get in there and the headlight and indicator do a lil flash dance.

Deans papa even rewired the front lights, should be an easy fix though.
