I wasn't nasty nor angry in any way but after the meeting she spent the next 20min in the loo composing herself So, am I a bad boss man or is she over sensitive

I went to a rock 'n'roll club in a low cut hulter neck top and tight pencil skit am not skinny am a size 20 but love the top and skirt felt good in it. but there is allways someone to make the comment of what does she think she looks like. pissed my dad off to but i love the outfit went to a car show in it the next day i felt good in it the high heels were a bit of a promblem. i now think sod what other peole think and wear what i want to. fell so much better for it.
