mk1mexico Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 Well the insurance runs out on my escort at the end of the month, and i'm ashamed to say that i haven't, in the past, owned up to the mods the car has Anyhow last year i was paying around 480 quid for 12 months cover on a 1.1 base model escort I just thought i would try Adrian Flux modified classic policy, and with everything declared, that includes full ST170 focus engine, 5 speed box, wilwoods, spax, harnesses exhaust, carbs, wheels and tyres, and the mex replica body, It came to, £270 quid!!!!!! Thats nearly half the price, what a plonker i have been
