Great show, nice cars, shame not many seemd to go down the strip.

The traffic getting out of the place was stupid, took us 1 and a half hours to get out from sitting in the car. Very poor

Though it was funny seeing someone throw a bottle at the guy 'trying' to organise the traffic.

Another got out and started shouting at him haha

We left at 2:30 to avoid all that

My missus had to be at work for 6pm and the kids are a bit young to be left on their own !!

Nice to meet you mate

No, not as many cars on the stand as last year, probably due to the weather and weather forecast................I was teetering on not going myself.

That said, I thought the show itself was better than last year, the stand looked better and we had more space.

So from me, a profound thanks to all that came, without you all there would be no OSF.

Special thanks to Posse for organising the stand passes etc, no mean feat keeping track of all those names, payments and numbers! And thanks also to Jo, Driver, BaileyMex, OHC, Mrs Posse and all the others that set up the stand and manned it at various points during the day.

My 1st one, i enjoyed it, didn't meet anyone from here though  no-one was with their cars when i walked round !!

i reckon we need an osf show , classic ford is slowly filling up with plastic crap every year

well, i had a pretty nice day but didn't meet anyone from here

tbh i barely met anyone from the sporting escort owners club even though i was parked up on their little stand!

not been before but i saw loads of lush cars and i thought the strip was quite entertaining (never seen drag racing before) the jet car was good and it was nice to see the older cars almost always thrashing the newer stuff

favourite was the light blue mk1 cortina

i also managed to get sunburn and absolutely drenched in the same day!

so mostly positive but then the 2 hour wait to get out at the end put a bit of a dampener on it - that's just stupid! not sure it's worth that hassle again next year

what with all the 50 mph roadwork bits and terrible traffic on the m25 i didn't get home until nearly 10pm (having got in the car at 4pm)

I agree.

Leaving site was a joke. I will be thinking twice about going next year or staying for the 'whole' day.

Got bored of looking at the XR3's etc, afterall they are not classic fords really. They seem to attract the young boy racer chavs. Lots of them around this year as well I thought.

now we know to leave early though so next year could be much easier to get out from

when i got back to my car to leave the whole seoc stand had been dismantled and everyone had gone leaving mine looking very lonely

i don't mind a later escort or a sierra here and there - makes a nice change but a focus or a mondeo - no interest whatsoever

Well, when you lot were sitting in the queue for hours, we fired up the BBQ, made ourselves some lovely burgers and bacon butties, then we flipped the kettle on and had a cuppa .... all nice and relaxed  Then we left without any trouble at all and there was no need to make food when we got in as we had already eaten :D:thumbsup:

We do the same each time we go :D:thumbsup: Stress free and quite amusing to watch the road ragers in the queues :lol::lol:

Can't see the point in leaving a show long before it finishes just to avoid the queues :? No point in going if you're gonna do that :lol::lol::lol:

if i didn't have an angry mrs waiting for me to get home i would have happily sat and waited for the queue to go away but when you gotta go you gotta go

next year i'll know to expect it

We were gonna stick around & then the heavens opened, jumped in the cars (luckily we packed up the tents in the morning) and left, it was about 3:50 & we were out of the POD in about 10 mins. Must have got lucky
