.pete. Posted February 17, 2011 Report Posted February 17, 2011 I bought my Cortina because I liked the colour. Orange. When I saw it is real life the paintwork needed redoing. I considered other oranges like the american muscle car orange, and Ford ones, then looked at metallic silvers and greys (like a Skyline I like), then painted the wing british racing green, then black, then Riviera blue, then primer grey (which I really liked), before deciding white. Then Diamond white before deciding Frozen White as I thought if white then as bright white as possible. Sometimes some colours look good until they go on the actual car then they don't look as good.
