Logsdon Posted July 21, 2011 Author Report Posted July 21, 2011 cheers lads, its sitting on 165 55 13 on 7 j rims, and the rears are a shitbox racing special, cut rear spring with the top coil heated and bent down, so must be at least 75mm drop, rolled the rear archs to get rid of the rubbing, is still a rolling project.. thanks joe.
Logsdon Posted April 18, 2012 Author Report Posted April 18, 2012 Well as it goes every thing is pulling into shape, after my fail with the 7 spoke i started to loose the love for the mk1, but as i was ready to throw in the towel, i got a call id got the job....so after a few months, i started to do a few bits on it...... after my hunt for some rims just to get it looking good again, these came up for a very very good price i brought them............ and two days later these appeared out side my door...... so hear she is........ still need to paint the pass wing due to a key, and a small reaction in the paint finish.... comments welcome
