How about emailing him saying 'You do realise we know your auction is a scam, and it's making its way around all the car sites on the internet, with instructions for people to bid on it. The car you're trying to sell is very well known'

I've just had an email back saying that he would be happy to hold it for me for a 10% deposit, the trouble is you see its now in Holland, but the price is still £4000 including shipping it back  tossers

I emailed him this. Not had a reply yet :(

Hi.

I hope you realise you're trying to sell a very well known car. A link to the auction has been circulated around a lot of popular car websites, and people will continue to bid silly amounts of money until you stop listing it.

The *real* owner of the car is aware you're doing it, and has even placed a bid.

Oh, and you've been reported to ebay too.

Good luck with your sale.
