skeeter Posted June 3, 2017 Report Posted June 3, 2017 I was at the annual Classics Around Dorset run last weekend which attracts an eclectic set of cars for a charity run. I know it isn't a Ford but there was a stunning Jensen with us. Car porn? For sure!
SmokeEm Posted June 3, 2017 Report Posted June 3, 2017 Just the name... Interceptor brings shivers to my spine. Always wanted one.
Admin Vista Posted June 3, 2017 Admin Report Posted June 3, 2017 Love the Jensen but always associate the Interceptor name with Mad Max
Moderator Rally Pack 2000 Posted June 3, 2017 Moderator Report Posted June 3, 2017 Love the Jensen but always associate the Interceptor name with Mad Max Mad Max Intercepters are actually Old Skool Fords. Just Australian ones.
eeb43 Posted June 3, 2017 Report Posted June 3, 2017 had a couple of jensen interceptors well the bits that hadnt rotted away and fallen off! lol 1
stephens_xpack Posted June 5, 2017 Report Posted June 5, 2017 Absolutely love the interceptor. A mate and me bought one between us for £1500 around 1990 - we parked it on his mums drive and we drove the 7.2 auto beast up and down his road a few times, then we got bored and sold it after about 2 months for £1500. Great looking and sounding beast, but it needed a lot of work and was way out of our league in that respect. 1
