Which Wheels will suit the 1300E

Hi all i have finally got my 1300e on the road mechanically in  A1 condition thanks to Ray who has done a wonderful job on it 

i am debating which alloys to put on and my heart is set on the original MK1 RS alloys but am finding it very difficult to get hold off them 

so will have to settle for RS4 alloys as the capri laser ones i had on it gave me nothing but issues evening breaking the spline twice in the front hub 

so i had to get the hub replaced twice

 if any one can tell me what size can i go to and what size tyres that involves i would appreciate it 

the car has been lowered 1 inch in front and rear is standard

Why not use the mex dartboard wheels enabling fitting wider tyres but keeping semi original look

Nick,  stick with the ones you have on the 1300e already ,they make the car look good as it is !!! , just get them repainted as they were . If you want to put 4 spoke alloys on anything .... buy another car !!!!  Just ...NOT  ..on your 1300e . Only my opinion .

keep the original steels, then use the money you save to go towards having the body re-sprayed

The steels do look fine as is in my opinion.......but go with whatever look you like.

Im a closet minilite fan. So if it were mine id go for minilite, standard or the Mexico steelies.

Seems a bit odd that you want wheels that'll get positive reactions from others around you. Alla RS 4 spokes.

Get what YOU want, not others

Mexico dartboard with 185 55 13 directional tyres. Maybe get yours banded to 6.5 j
