Sorry I’ve been the most active on the forum in the past, this is something I would like to change, and I thought opening with some good news for you is a good way to start. I know that in the past, some of you have had issues with cover because you couldn't garage your classic, or simply because the premium rates weren't hitting the mark. The service is excellent, policy coverage bang on, price brilliant and if you are unfortunate to have a prang they are there with you to help. If you nothing else, give them a call. Over the years I've been with Adrian Flux, Lancaster, Footman James and Carole Nash. They have been good but have lost their way over the years and if something is slightly out of the ordinary don't want to know. This falls short of our customer service expectations and doesn't align with the usual positive feedback we receive.
