katana Posted Friday at 13:35 Report Posted Friday at 13:35 (edited) Is this AI generated? Why would any mk1 or mk2 owner require a speed sensor bracket for a non existant speed sensor ? ? ? And the 1st picture shows said bracket fitted to a hub, with cap head screws that are welded to the bracket (well that ain't coming off!) but the whole thing - bracket, bolts and weld are Zinc Plated, how as the bolts are welded . . . . . . . . but why? - its stainless steel ! Looks like a con to me! Edited Friday at 13:37 by katana

Looks like a con to me! no con. i purchased the zink one, then had them made in stainless steel, as there would be no rust issues, the weld on bolts, just allow you to remove steering arm bracket without removing brake disc, for futher work. the speed sensor bracket is req to read speed if using another form of dashboard, as i am running DASH2 Edited Saturday at 15:09 by mpdevelopments.uk 1

Dave Knight Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago Great to see some innovative work that brings some value to owners who’d use this.👏🏻👏🏻
Miniliteman Posted 14 hours ago Report Posted 14 hours ago If you need this it is good that it is available but I wouldn't say copying a bracket (small piece of metal with 3 holes) innovative work. AI generated description seems to be quite common these days.
mpdevelopments.uk Posted 3 hours ago Author Report Posted 3 hours ago Great to see some innovative work that brings some value to owners who’d use this. Thanks dave. I purchased the zink one to fit to my project. But found the quality not as I'd expect. So I thought. Let make it from 316 stainless, so it would last. Then I thought maybe someone else would like this sensor bracket in stainless. CheersSent from my SM-S711B using Tapatalk
mpdevelopments.uk Posted 1 hour ago Author Report Posted 1 hour ago Updated pic of bracket. This one is zink. New ones are 316 stainless, Because of someone not being fully informed of its intended use and fitment. Sent from my SM-S711B using Tapatalk
