  1. ive used the car for tarmac rallys, speed sprints, night time road rallys on country lanes and i feel it handles fine, as for understeer ive never had that problem as i use decent tyres, one thing i did notice when i first fitted them it made the back end very twitchy but it was soon sorted with an lsd unit
  2. compression struts rj adjustable tcas 300/70 inserts 250lb 2.25 springs no anti roll bar and works fine for me but i use car for rallying and motorsport none of the krooklock racing
  3. angle grinder with a cutting disc will sort it! same as when people use the 2.8 t9s with a pinto
  4. they look like KN diamonds
  5. The only problem with the venue is when people leave to go home they drive like idiots thru the local villages, it then gets a bad reputation and the locals complain about all the forms of motorsport which goes on up there all year round, wasbig chance last year that they were going to ban all of it up there including the stock cars and rallying
  6. will need an lsd and decent shafts, better suspension to cope and decent rubber to get it on the floor

  9. The yellow escort used to belong to a Snap On dealer called mark tucker in cornwall, its running a 2.0 Jre Xe engine on throttle bodies, a lot of the components on the car are completely hybrid and as such 1 offs. He sold it when he moved to Australia along with his Mk1 twin cam
  10. look on ebay and find a company called Xsport in basingstoke, bit more pricey but they are made to order and they refresh thier moulds regularly, i think for a lid with a spoiler is about £140
  11. no pleasing some people! did you want a quick rack or not?
  12. you could always fit a normal rack and change the steering column
  13. Rear end will be zero front end you want to run a little toe in if running anti roll bar or zero with compression struts

  21. ive used them a couple times now and they have been really helpful and nothing to much bother for them, admittedly they are a bit more pricey but as its been said it fits first time which is what its all about
  22. The box is mine, it has rally ratios and ive had it about 2yrs but only done the low mileage as i have car off road for a revamp, have chance to upgrade to a dog box and was curious as to its value to see what extra i need to put towards it
  23. I think it should be every 12 months or 10.000 miles which ever comes first, there are some rep cars out there racking up over 100,000 miles in the first 3 yrs of its life
