  25. Heres a heads up for some of you if you not already had it, recieved an email last night which was picked up by spam filter, Dear Taxpayer, After the last annual calculations of your fiscal activity we have discovered that you are eligible to receive a tax refund of £327.45. Kindly complete the tax refund request and allow 2-3 working days to process it. A refund can be delayed for a variety of reasons. For example submitting invalid records or applying after the deadline. To access the form for your tax refund, please Click here: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/taxpayers/refundation.html Note: For security reasons, we will record your ip-address, the date and time. Deliberate wrong inputs are criminally pursued and persecuted. Thank You. HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) When you click on the link it diverts you to what looks like a Tax office website and asks you to choose the bank you use, you are then asked to log into your account, Apparently this is an old scam which the HMRC are aware of and my sister who works for them told me they "NEVER" correspond by email about refunds or payments so be warned everyone
