Write how you want, but what I would say is that some people (myself included) find text speak very difficult to get along with. I realise that's not what you're doing but at first glance it appears that way and may put some people off reading further.

 

I wouldn't take it to heart though, I'm sure there are things you can do that others can't so just ignore any criticism.

Too be honest with you, people who can't spell don't bother me, people who use exsessive text spelling can make a post hard to read, where as a misspelled word is hardly noticed.

 

 

In your post above , there are a few spelling mistakes, but there is also the txt talk, the spelling i can read, i have to look closer at the txt speak. Maybe its because i havn't grown up with it, or maybe i'm thick and can't understand a simple code.

 

you used both "the" and "da" ... well Da to me is a DA sander or yes in russian ..

i personally don't like using numbers instead of writing (eg. 4 instead of four) cos it gives me headaches to read, but that's just me

Im with Jo here, I somtimes struggle to understand text speak, probably cos Im an old fart, but thats my problem TBH im not worried about the spelling thing, usually I can work out most words, but If you are worried about your spelling use a spell checker, I know the latest windows has one in the top bar of the page, but it probably wont be able to work out text speak,

Stu, if you are having problems with spelling, then deliberately mis spelling words in the form of Text Talk isn't going to help you.

 

 

Text Talk just sucks as you can see most people hate it... save it for your phone

 

 

As has been suggested try using the Firefox web browser as that has a spell checker in it... thats how I found out how to spell dyslexic
