ZetecVan 2.0 Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 It made 152.2bhp @ 6233 and 138.5lb/ft @ 4630. Not bad for a totally standard, unmodified Zetec. Cheers to Troy and the guys at Northampton Motorsport
Admin Vista Posted October 22, 2007 Admin Report Posted October 22, 2007 Nice one Is that at the wheels?
Burns Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 congrats i thought 16v's revved higher than that though?
James HPE Motorsport Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 Nice 1!!! Ive got to admit I am quite impressed with how quick a standard 2.0L zetec is as my mate has got one in a Mk2 Escy and it goes really well! Couldnt believe he did a 13.6 sec pass at pod aswell with an unlightened car!!!

Noodles Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 Nice one whats the formula for working out the difference between flywheel and wheels?
bmxdave Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 When youve finished the run they let the car slow down on over run. The friction of the transmission slowing everything down is somehow measured then you have your flywheel power/tourque and your wheels power/tourque.
Toby Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 Nice spread of power I bet that pulls lovely. I assume you're on carbs?
