lotusless Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 the avo club have allways been a bit weird even when i was in it 15 years ago, some of the members are fine (normal) but some are so anal when it comes to anything "avo" they probably hate this site because some of us might have the wrong bulbs in our headlamps!. i'm not having a pop at all avo members before you all start just the one's with the chip on their shoulders. it will backfire on them doing this + they will be left with the avo royal family with regard to this site + i think noodles is dead right the cars + parts pages should be contributers only.. how many times do you see a 3rd or 4th post selling their motors, never to hear from them again, it's a free ad for as long as they want. + some members on here must make a few bob selling their bits but they won't put their hands in their pockets to help the site. that can't be right! i'm out of work + sill contribute coz i like to do my bit, £12 FOR A YEAR IT'S NOT A LOT!!!!!!!

I hope the site closes and they all suffer with no access to friendly advice!! In fact..... I hope they all die a painfull death bleading out their eyes!

I have a little problem with my afterburner, I think it's to do with the spod rod on the gangle pin making the defusemodulator mess about. Does that sound easy to fix?
morcheen Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 they have,or had 831 registered users,694 of those not members of the avo (hallelujah) club 465 zero posters and 18 of those avo (hallelujah) members. 137-the 18 making it 119 active members of the forum,being those of 1 post or ,more. might be a very quiet place for a long time. have the powers that be no compassion kicking us non members out onto the streets at this time of year? i have too much time on my hand at the moment to compile these figures i predict riots of pakistan and kenyan proportions.(someone get me a 50" widescreen please)

What is good? The fact that members are elitist? well clubs do need money to run and people are getting everything out of the club apart from spares - and there are ways to get around that - so i think that the forum should only be open to members but i do think that there should be a couple more public forums You are dead right. Clubs do need money to run. However I don't see "OSF Contributor" under your name. easy jonny mate he is only 13 lol its not like he has a job or anything (or atleast i doubt it lol) Shut it, children should be seen and not heard well i always hear you Johnny jonny, everyones entitled to thier opinion and if you look back through this little thread you will see that is was you that started arguing rather than dicussing. Afterburner? that's common jet propulsion! However your ganglepin problem sounds like an issue with the flux capacitor. It's probably in need of recharging from the warp field generator, as a get you home you could recharge the modulator by infusing it with a tachion pulse from the field generator
