Chud Posted March 19, 2008 Report Posted March 19, 2008 well went down police station monday and they have given me a warning and that the lad is trying to take it further as i broke his nose knocked out 3 of his teeth and have cracked open his head but they aint going to as he was trying to steal my car so all turned out okish but leat hes got a few marks to show not to do it again Excellent news mate We've been wondering how things were going? The weathers going to warm up soon & your forget all this ever happened whilst cruising about in your motor with the sounds turned up !!

Admin Vista Posted March 20, 2008 Admin Report Posted March 20, 2008 Congratulations on: - a) Giving the little shit the thorough beating he deserved and not getting charged for it BUT Be careful though because even though the police have decided not to press charges against you, he could well decide to get a no win no fee law firm to pursue a claim against you for his injuries. My wife is a personal injury solicitor and says there's every likelyhood he could find someone to take his case on. That's no guarantee that they would win but to be on the safe side you should let your home insurers know that this incident happened. If you don't they may refuse to pay out in the event he did win and then he and his solicitors would come after your assets instead. Sorry to put a downer on your otherwise good news.
old skool freestyler Posted April 6, 2008 Author Report Posted April 6, 2008 well he stryked again this time they broke into my garage and broke into my girlfriends car smahed her side window and nicked the speakers out of it but the thing that has fooked me off big time is i nearly go to court for defending my car and all they have done about this is give me a crime refrence number like wtf they havent done anything this time and they have ruined my garage and stole stuff this time wtf is this country coming to i really hate these chav scumbags just want to line them up against a wall and shoot the fooking Apple Pies
