geoffersmasher Posted April 30, 2008 Report Posted April 30, 2008 WOW thas what i thought when i saw it way back the story goes there was a director who had just finished a film and had some film left, he was a bit of a driver too so off the cuff he went out at 5.30 am strapped a camera to the front and that was it just went for it, no health and safety or nowt, just a lass he said he would meet awesome

V8ian Posted May 1, 2008 Report Posted May 1, 2008 Most inspiring car film was Graffiti, saw it first time round on the BIG screen, followed the next week by 2 Lane black top,, So I suppose my list must be -- Graffiti, 2 Lane Black Top, Italian Job, The Great Race, The last run one thats been missed by the HotRod boys, California Kid Top Britiah films have to include many of the 50s-60s British Transport films and ---- Hell Drivers, The Fast lady The Green Helmet If you have never seen the Green helmet, find a copy, Sid James as a disgruntled Austrailian F1 mechanic, based in the 50s Aston Martin works garage, its a bit special for a bit of nostalga
