I know how ya feel mate, the silly biarch downstairs allways takes up 2 spaces and leaves the car there for weeks at a time, drives me fooking mental as we have exactly 1 space per houshold on my estate

Petty yes, fooking anoying oh yes, personly i'd start parking next to the car so she cant get in, see how she likes it but to be honist most people you think are being ignorant are in fact usually just dumbasses and dont realise

get the lady driver to drop kids of first then reverse back into her space leaving front car door proud of house so she can get in and out of the car failling that get her to get a smaller car :thumbsup:

Yeah, put a sign up.........on a big metal pole.......... through the middle of her bonnet next time she parks there, just make sure the sign is facing the windscreen........wouldn't want her to miss it!:twisted:

Just tell her your parking on my side of the drive making it difficult for me to get up the drive ........... please can you keep on your side of the drive or i will have to put a fence back up which will make it harder for both of us.

You need to be firm but polite if she insist's on still parking there then you have to go the fence way in my opinion.

I have a similar problem with across my road .......... i have took away my front garden so i can park 3 vehicles, they block the drive by parking right opposite (narrow road) so i have to drive over the grass verge to get out !!!!

I asked them not to keep parking there suggested they make a bigger drive ( the only people in the road that hasn't) and when that failed got the local booby to ticket their car as it's no parking Zone during the day because of the nearby School !!!!

Surprise Surprise they are now moving !!!

Just explain to her that its a pain in the ass and that by having to squeeze past her car your worried you might hit it. That way she will think your asking her to move over for her own benefit rather than yours

Hi guys, thanks for all the replies.

I currently have throat, head, back, joint and ear aids. So I'm feeling a bit shite.

When I'm better I'll venture outside and have a word with her.

We have a driveway the same at our house. The fence in between is our responsibility, it fell down 10yrs ago and hasnt gone back. The old guy next door doesnt drive and has never had a lisence, he's really nice and lets me sit on his drive when i have something on both sides of the car to do, but as soon as he's gone or theres a sign outside his house the fence will go back up. Dont want our car's getting scratched!

fair enough.

Next door allow their kids to cycle up and down the shared drives here and stand on my drive kicking a ball against their house.

I hate kids. I really hate other peoples kids. :)

We have a similar issue with a couple that moved in opposite us a few months ago, she CANT park (I've watched her try) but she always parks her car in the middle of 2 spaces. It really winds me up. I want to have a word with her, but I just dont think she has the skills to actually park properly

As you can see from the photo below, she has put her can bang in the middle of 2 spaces (hers is the silver car in the centre)
